Restaurant Eugene’s vitality depends upon many different factors, with one of the main components being our relationship to the regional farmers and purveyors that provide us with our raw materials. What the farmers grow dictates what goes on the menu, and therefore what you eat when you visit our restaurant.  It is important to us that the ingredients be the best quality and also to provide a sense of where we sit on the map and the season.  We are happy and lucky to have forged relationships with many fine folks who work the land and raise beautiful livestock.  They are important to our business, but they are also our friends.
